The project was initiated to tackle the critical operational bottlenecks inherent in large-scale event management, primarily centered on guest flow and data capture. The initial phase focused on designing a system that could handle high-volume visitor traffic at various entry and engagement points. This led to the decision to create a unified platform: a Hybrid Mobile App for on-the-ground staff (for fast check-ins) and a PWA-based CRM for real-time administrative oversight.

The core challenge was integrating rapid physical check-in and product engagement logging with immediate digital data analysis. The system needed to move beyond simple attendance counting to map who engaged with what and where within the venue, all while maintaining event flow.
